Dean S. Pernisie, Vice President
Since joining Gemini in 2005, Dean has helped to complete 12 new investments and currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of Gemini portfolio companies. Previously, he was a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services, providing market due diligence and strategy consulting to private equity funds. Dean received two B.Sc. degrees (Engineering and Economics) from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Wharton School, respectively.
