Gemini Announces Honey Smoked Fish & Brant Point Building Investments

Gemini is pleased to announce two new platform investments.

In July, Gemini completed its investment in Brant Point Building & Property Management, a full service provider of concierge property management and related home construction on Nantucket, Massachusetts. Founded in 1994, Brant Point provides residential services, including home inspections, caretaking, preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as custom home enhancements, and general contracting services. With many clients only spending the summer months on Nantucket, they depend on the Company for ongoing monitoring, emergency response and trusted oversight for renovation work.
