Jeff has been a Managing Director of Gemini Investors since 1997 and an active participant in the private equity market since 1992. He has played a lead role in more than 40 transactions and has represented Gemini on the Board of Directors of over 20 portfolio companies. Prior to Gemini, from 1992 to 1996, Jeff was President of Concord Partners Ltd., a middle market investment banking firm that advised privately held companies on merger and acquisition transactions. From 1990 to 1992, Jeff was Senior V.P. and Treasurer of Lifetime Corp., which at the time, was the largest home health care services company in the United States. From 1983 to 1990, Jeff was a vice president in the investment banking division at Prudential Securities, and established the firm’s Boston office in 1987. Jeff holds a B.S. from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
